A successful afternoon and evening Public Consultation event was held at Watford Grammar School For Boys today. Over 40 local residents and interested parties responded to our invitation to discuss forthcoming plans for the residential development of this commercial site in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Planning Consent for four, family houses was granted by Dacorum Borough Council on the 14th February 2022, on the site of the former Wigginton Bus Garage. This follows the grant of planning consent for the conversion of the administration building used by the garage, into one large house, granted 2021.

On the 7^th January 2021 St Albans District Council granted planning permission for four, contemporary, 4 x bedroom houses on a brownfield site within the Greenbelt in Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire.

On the 16th June 2020 planning consent was granted by Three Rivers Council for the mixed use scheme of flats and ground floor commercial use near Kings Langley Station.

Construction has been completed for 4 no. 4 Bed properties on High Road in Leavesden, Watford. The project used a traditional procurement route with a selective tender process. Wakelin Associates Architects acted as Contract Administrators for the duration of the project, while MP Build where appointed as the main contractor and CS2 Chartered Surveyors as Quantity Surveyors.

A detailed planning and listed building application has been submitted for the conversion and extension to the listed Manor Lodge and the conversion of two existing office blocks into residential units. The scheme aims to provide 6 no. 1 bedroom units, 5 no. 2 bedroom units, 3 no. 3 bed units within the office blocks and 2 no. 4 bed units within the converted Manor Lodge.
