Construction has been completed for 4 no. 4 Bed properties on High Road in Leavesden, Watford. The project used a traditional procurement route with a selective tender process. Wakelin Associates Architects acted as Contract Administrators for the duration of the project, while MP Build where appointed as the main contractor and CS2 Chartered Surveyors as Quantity Surveyors.
A detailed planning and listed building application has been submitted for the conversion and extension to the listed Manor Lodge and the conversion of two existing office blocks into residential units.
